EcoBiotic daily amount includes approximately 40 billion lactic acid bacteria, which is a sufficient amount to increase the concentration of beneficial bacteria in the body. SUGGESTED USE: It is recommended to use 2 capsules a day either in the morning on an empty stomach or before going to sleep. This product should be taken with water 30 minutes before or after a meal.

Recommended period of use: Periodically, or, if necessary, all year round.
