Kefi-soya™ is carefully selected micro-organisms fermented in organic soya. 

Kefi-soyaTM is a fermented blend of different micro-organisms fermented on soya (such as Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Lactis, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Fermentum and Lactobacillus Kefir). At the time of manufacture, each dose contains a minimum of 1 trillion cfu*.

Use: Adults take 1 capsule twice a day with food, with a glass of water.

Living Nutrition was founded by nutritional therapist Graham Botfield. Using his knowledge of traditional medicines, including the use of herbs and mushrooms in naturopathic medicine and over 12 years experience in product design and formulation, Graham has focused his research on fermented foods and herbs and used their ancient wisdom to create our unique kefir-kombucha fermentation process.

FERMENTATION PROCESS

We ferment our ingredients with a traditional kefir-kombucha style fermentation, using our unique synergy of 35 strains of microorganisms. Once the fermentation is completed we capture the full living food matrix of nutrients, enzymes and microbes using a delicate freeze drying process.

We never use heat, pressure, unnatural processes or unnatural ingredients such as fillers, binders or additives. All of our products are suitable for vegans, celiacs and vegetarians.

Kefir is the original ‘superfood’, highly regarded for its superior nutritional value. Adding kefir grains to a food encourages a deep fermentation process to begin transforming the food into a dense complex of highly bio-available nutrients. Many of these nutrients are unique to kefir fermentation and their remarkable benefits to health have only recently been understood.
