Ingredients: L-tryptophan, glycine, Withania somnifera root extract (KSM-66), Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora incarnata) 4:1 dry flower extract, Hops dry extract 5: 1 (Humulus lupulus), L-Arginine, Dry Flower Extract of Chamomile 4:1 (Matricaria Chamomilla), Valerian Root Powder (Valeriana officinalis), Melatonin, Pullulan (vegetarian, vegetable-based capsule shell).

The food supplement is preservative and GMO free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Suggested Use: 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime with water.
