Source of omega-3 fatty acids (eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)).
1 g of fish oil contains 160 mg of EPA and 100 mg of DHA.
DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA has a beneficial effect. EPR and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function. Beneficial effects are seen with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
