Love that it already contains vitamin C, which improves iron absorption! I also like the natural composition of the supplement. I think this is a great supplement for preventative use.

Viridian iron is just perfect vitamins! Because I have anemia, it will often feel tired, sleepy, and after taking the course not only did the energy come in, but how much new hair grew that I just stayed in shock! 🤩

I’ve had anemia since I was a teenager, so often my iron stores were too low. I tried a number of iron supplements, but even the doctors were surprised that they were not absorbed by my body. Then I tried this viridian iron without expecting a great result, but after a 3 month course I was impressed !! The ferritin test before starting was 6 and after 3 months it was already 25 !!! 🤩👏 the doctor could not believe this result! So I highly recommend it !!

I have been drinking low levels of hemoglobin for a lifetime, usually drastically reduced to 80mg of iron (prescription only). There was no drastic drop this year, but I drank this supplement for a few months to support it, and the tests were really not bad, the hemoglobin got a little higher than without the supplements, so I think the result is really good :) besides, the gut tolerates it well.
