Vitamin E has a role in the protection of cells from oxidative stress. This 'oxidative stress' appears to be a major factor in many human diseases.

Zinc is a mineral essential to many body processes including the maintenance of normal cognitive function, vision, fertility and reproduction, hair, skin and nails and the immune system. Zinc also contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids and macronutrients.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

I've been drinking for 3 months. I felt lightness in my eyes, I can see better, my eyes don't get so tired while sitting at the computer. It's true that the stomach accepts it sensitively, even after a full lunch. It takes time to get used to it. Since my mociutes can't write a review I want to leave it to myself. This eye supplement is just something. My mociutes even asked the hospital what she was doing with her eyes because you don't see it improving !!! These supplements are now being used by both my mociutes and my friend's mother 🙏
